As the curtain falls on an unforgettable 20th Anniversary Season of ADC|IBC, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to its success. This event continues to stand as one of the premier scholarship platforms in the dance world, offering transformative opportunities to dancers at every stage of their journey.
Thanks to the generous support of our partner companies and schools, we are able to provide a remarkable range of scholarships and programs. Our partners’ commitment goes far beyond summer intensives—many dancers are scouted for year-round training opportunities that include full tuition, room, and board. In many cases, these scholarships are upwards of $32,000 per student annually.
Even more significantly, ADC|IBC has become a launchpad for professional careers, with 217 dancers receiving professional opportunities in 2025 alone to start their professional journey. We were also proud to offer 24 professional job contracts (Second Company & Studio Company Positions) this season with companies including Atlanta Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet, Nevada Ballet Theatre, New Ballet San Jose, Sarasota Ballet, and Texas Ballet Theatre.
Our impact within the dance community continues to grow. In 2022, the launch of our first U.S. semi-final tour marked a turning point, with over 650 scholarship opportunities awarded. Just three seasons later, the 2024 tour had surpassed expectations—awarding more than 1,150 scholarships and now after our 2025 Season, ADC IBC was able to provide 1,602 scholarships and professional opportunities nationwide, amounting to over $3 million in scholarship funding.
